Polish for foreigners
Course scope:
Polish language courses for foreigners can be conducted in English, or a different language, depending on our Client's needs. Courses are offered at all levels.
Goal:
The basic goal of such a course is the study of the Polish language with special emphasis on overcoming communication barriers. The courses aim to equip the student with the basic language skills allowing him/her to move with ease in different every-day situations and settings, such as: going to the bank, in the post-office, at a grocery store, at a restaurant, but also communication in the office, such as dealing with employees and co-workers. In addition the student will also have the opportunity to find out more about Polish culture and politics, as well as Polish history and literature.
Organizational framework:
Course frequency depends on individual needs – visible results can be observed (and measured) after a 60 hour course (two 90 minute meetings per week). Courses may be organized for groups or individual students at times convenient for the student(s) at a location chosen by the student.
