Organizational framework
We do our best to guarantee you'll be satisfied with our services and to ensure the effectiveness of our training courses. Akademos' language courses are organized in strict adherence to a detailed operational scheme. Our courses are subject to a standardized, complex review process based on internal auditing.
The training course is supported by complimentary processes, which ensure high overall quality.
1. Needs and expectations analysis
- Analyzing Client needs - By contacting you directly, and in adherence to strictly formalized procedures, we identify both company as well as employee (learners) needs, to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your course
- Placement test - We organize students into groups based on test results, as well as our discussion with you
- Analyzing the needs of course participants – based on 'needs analysis', where course participants define their reasons for taking part in the course and identify their goals and expectations, we finalize the last step towards a successful course: selection of the best teacher, course curriculum, as well as training materials.
2. Monitoring course execution (concurrent with the training process)
- Classroom observation and didactic supervision – Classroom observation is especially important to us, as it serves to improve and modify our courses while they are in progress.
- Progress tests – carried out regularly during the semester to monitor students' progress. Each semester ends with a final test. We'd like to point out that tests are not the only evaluation tool applied by us and, additionally help our students instil knowledge.
- Participant satisfaction survey - after around one semester of study, the participants are invited to take part in a survey and evaluate the course (the way it is organized and executed), as well as the teacher (his/her involvement in the course, the methods applied etc.)
3. Verifying quality of the course
- Periodic Akademos' performance appraisal - prepared using a comprehensive appraisal and verification tool, which juxtaposes information gathered from the participants with information on progress made and the way it relates to the target. Careful execution of this step is essential to evaluate your satisfaction and helps in defining the future direction of our cooperation.
- Formal final appraisal of the student – Includes progress analysis versus established targets and is based in part on an exam taken in class. The Client receives a report summarizing the given student's progress and accomplishments upon completion of a semester or year of study. Upon request, a student may also receive a certificate of completion of the course along with the grade received.
At the end of a semester/year of study we prepare a complete set of documents for you, containing information and data about course execution and the final outcomes.
