Teachers account for the most important aspect of our training programs. Professional selection and placement of teachers is crucial to ensure course objectives are successfully met and, student attendance, motivation and engagement remain high.

We select our teachers, keeping in mind the following criteria:
- High qualifications (Institute of Applied Linguistics, philology, linguistic scholarships, long tenure abroad, good knowledge of other foreign languages)
- Interesting personality (we prefer dynamic teachers, who easily establish rapport with others)
- Extensive general knowledge (our teachers often have dual degrees or were double majors at university), so they are able to conduct interesting discussion lessons and teach specialized language
- Talent, necessary for teaching
- High standards of personal comportment
We always do our best to match our students with the most suitable teacher, in view of our clients' specific needs and formal expectations, to ensure shared areas of interest, as well as compatible personality traits. Our teachers remain under steady supervision of our Director of Studies, undergo formal induction procedures and are routinely reviewed.
