Relaxed alertness
One of the most important factors of a successful learning process is reaching the desired state of psycho-physical readiness predisposing a learner to acquire new knowledge. The key is to combine a state of tranquility with the ability to concentrate – to reach the so called state of relaxed alertness. This means eliminating stress and reducing anxiety, which in turn aids the learning process.
In order to reach this state, one is encouraged to perform a series of relaxation exercises, such as Jacobson's progressive relaxation, or Schultz's autogenic training, listen to relaxation music, perform Brain Gym exercises, as well as other breathing exercises, i.e. yoga, etc.
Upon your request the relaxation exercises can be introduced into any training course, especially the intensive courses. We can also offer you a set of recorded relaxation exercises, should you want to take advantage of them individually and use before your lessons.
